FEA deformation stress analysis

We simulate real-world rubber deformation and stress distribution under load. This mathematical validation eliminates tooling errors before physical manufacturing begins.

Mathematical profile analysis

Using finite element analysis, our engineers map compression force deflection and contact pressure across the entire rubber profile. Every non-linear material parameter is factored into the simulation.

Precision Tooling

Physical verification of profiles

We design custom notching fixtures and physical gauges to verify seal profile geometry. Our tooling ensures high-repeatability during three-shift automotive production runs.

By combining Catia modeling with physical 3D-printed prototypes, we verify assembly clearances down to the micron. Downstream collisions are mathematically prevented.
